The Daytona clutch spring is designed to be 20%-40% harder than standard. It offers high resilience and heat resistance. It is made from SWOSC-V valve spring material imported directly from Japan. This material offers higher temperature resistance and fatigue resistance than Hi-Carbon Steel. The hardness level has undergone extensive research, so it doesn't feel too hard when pressed but offers quite high resilience.
