Product Returns and Exchanges

Please submit your return/exchange request through our "Return Request Form." After we receive your application, we will provide instructions for the return/exchange shipping method. However, please note that returns/exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

The shipping cost for returns and exchanges must be paid by the customer.

Conditions where returns/exchanges are not possible:

  • If the return/exchange request was not submitted within 7 days of receiving the product

  • If the item was not shipped within 7 days after company approval of the return request

  • In cases of excessive returns (e.g., purchasing 5 or more items simultaneously or within a close period and returning more than 80% of them, as determined by the company)

  • Returns/exchanges requested due to customer circumstances

  • If the product shows signs of use, damage, or soiling

  • If product tags or accessories are missing

  • If the product was returned using a method other than specified by the company

  • For products not purchased through our website (purchase history will be verified)

  • For items marked as "no returns/cancellations allowed" (*1)

Items not covered by the company:

  • Parts costs, repair fees, and maintenance costs for damages other than the defective product

  • Maintenance fees incurred during product inspection (including inconvenience and losses from being unable to use the product during inspection)

  • Losses due to inability to use vehicle/motorcycle (phone charges, rental car fees, shipping costs, opportunity losses, etc.)

  • Medical expenses for injuries caused by product defects

For Defective or Incorrect Products If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, we will process a return or exchange. Please submit your request through our "Return Request Form." After we receive your application, we will provide return/exchange shipping instructions. However, returns/exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The return/exchange request was not submitted within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The product shows signs of use, damage, or soiling

  • Product tags or accessories are missing

  • The product was returned using a method other than specified by the company
