Parts costs, repair fees, and maintenance costs for damages other than the defective product

Maintenance fees incurred during product inspection (including inconvenience and losses from being unable to use the product during inspection)

Losses due to inability to use vehicle/motorcycle (phone charges, rental car fees, shipping costs, opportunity losses, etc.)

Medical expenses for injuries caused by product defects
For Defective or Incorrect Products If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, we will process a return or exchange. Please submit your request through our "Return Request Form." After we receive your application, we will provide return/exchange shipping instructions. However, returns/exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
